💌 When will I receive my letter?

Your letter will be sent at the beginning of the third week of the month, giving it plenty of time to make its way to you before the month comes to a close. All letters are mailed from Cyprus and typically take 5–10 business days to arrive, but of course, delivery times can vary depending on where in the world you are :)

 

📬 Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, absolutely. Shipping is included in the subscription price, and I’m happy to send your letter anywhere you are in the world. ♥

 

🎁 Can I gift a subscription to someone?

Yes! Just enter their name and shipping address at checkout. If you'd like to add a special message to the letter, feel free to contact me. ❦

 

📦 What’s inside each letter?

Each letter contains a heart-crafted story, a few pages long, about island life or one of the cats I’ve met. You’ll also find a card with a personal message from me to you, and a photo I’ve taken - either of the featured cat or a special moment from the island (depending on which letter club you chose) - printed as a postcard you can keep or send to someone. Postcards from the letter club will be introduced to you first, before they appear on the website for sale. It’s like a small gift to surprise you with every month! :)

 

✏️ Are the letters handwritten?

The letters are typed on my laptop and printed with care at home. They are personal, thoughtful, and full of feeling - just as if written by a friend. The postcards are designed by me and printed at a local shop. ✉

 

💳 When will I be charged?

Your subscription will renew automatically each month on the date you signed up. You can cancel anytime - no hassle, no stress. ❍

 

❌ Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting me. ✓

These letters aren’t mass-produced or generic - they’re written with heart and intention, inspired by real life in Cyprus and the lives of local cats. Each one offers a small, meaningful moment to pause, reflect, and feel connected.

I write honestly, but always from a hopeful point of view. In a world where the news so often stresses, scares, or overwhelms us, I want these letters to feel like good news - every time. Even when a cat’s story carries sadness, there is always room for hope, faith, and a quiet wish for a better future.

Life on the island isn’t always blooming flowers and butterflies, but I try to show you that the way we look at things can change everything. :)

 

💌 Can I subscribe to both letter clubs?

Yes! Each club has its own unique theme. You’re welcome to subscribe to one or both. Many readers enjoy receiving both the cat stories and the peaceful island letters. ♥

 

📝 Can I choose the cat for an upcoming monthly letter?

The letters are a surprise each month, inspired by real encounters I’ve had with cats. While you can’t pick a specific cat - maybe you saw a cute face on my Instagram and are curious about their story - by sharing their lives with you, I hope to send a meaningful message into the world. Each story has its own unique flow and purpose, much like how musicians carefully arrange songs on an album to create the experience they want you to have when listening. Every letter, like every song, tells a story and carries a message. ᓚᘏᗢ

 

🐾☀️  Can I read past letters?

Yes! While the monthly letters are exclusive to subscribers when they first arrive, you can purchase select past letters individually in the shop. It’s a lovely way to catch up on stories you might have missed or to gift someone special a meaningful letter. ❖

 

🌅 Are the postcards printed professionally?

Yes.

The postcards are designed by me - I turn the photos I take into postcards, so you can not only see what I’m writing about in the letters, but also share a beautiful or cute card with someone around the world. Each postcard is printed locally, with care. ⧉

 

📨 What if my letter doesn’t arrive?

Letters are sent via international post, and while most arrive smoothly, occasional delays can happen - especially around holidays. If your letter hasn’t arrived within 3 weeks, please let me know. I’ll be happy to send another one your way. ✉

 

🌿 Are the letters eco-friendly?

Yes. I care deeply about our planet and her well-being. I’m really happy that I’m finally in a position where I get to decide what to use and how.

The letters, envelopes, and postcards are all made from paper - obviously. But what’s even more important is that everything I buy to run the letter clubs and my shop comes in packaging that avoids plastic whenever possible. And if I truly can’t avoid it, I choose the best option: packaging made from recycled plastic, recyclable materials, or minimal packaging overall. I try to keep things as gentle on the planet as I can, while still making your experience feel thoughtful and beautiful. ✦ 

 

🎂 Can I request a special letter for a birthday or occasion?

If you’d like to surprise someone special with a letter from one of the clubs that includes a personalized birthday wish or message for another occasion, I’d love to help!
